Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At XYZStore, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if:

  • The item is damaged during delivery.
  • The wrong item was received.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and product images.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used products
  • Products damaged by customer misuse
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Customized or personalized items

Refunds

After inspection and approval of the returned product:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
